How do I cancel a ticket?

You can cancel your ticket directly through the 'My Bookings' section in the app. Just select the trip you want to cancel and tap 'Cancel Ticket' to confirm. Cancellations are processed immediately, and you'll receive a confirmation email and an in-app notification once it's done. Do keep in mind that cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the departure time you cancel, so we recommend cancelling as early as possible to get the maximum refund.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are initiated instantly the moment your cancellation is confirmed. The amount is sent back to the original payment method you used while booking. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. If you don't see the refund after this period, please reach out to our support team with your booking ID and we'll track it down for you right away.

Can I choose my seats?

Yes! Our app provides a real-time seat layout for every bus, allowing you to pick your favorite spot before you pay. You can see exactly which seats are available, which are already booked, and which are reserved for women, so you can plan your journey with full confidence. Whether you prefer a window seat for the view, an aisle seat for easy movement, or seats together with your travel companions, the choice is entirely yours.

Absolutely. Once your trip is confirmed, you can track your bus live on the map directly from the app, so you always know exactly where it is and when it will reach your boarding point. We also send timely updates and notifications about boarding times, delays, and arrivals, so you never have to wait in uncertainty. This means you can relax at home or in a café and head to the pickup point only when your bus is actually nearby.
